**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled trainer to deliver high-quality training services to our internal and external clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Delivering pre-set training plans via face-to-face at our training institute or online;
* Conducting training assessments, marking, and recording learning outcomes;
* Reporting learning outcomes to individual students and managers within agreed timeframes;
* Travelling between care sites as required to train and assess students;
* Participating in the validation and moderation process;
* Assisting in identifying new growth and development opportunities for the organisation;

**Essential Requirements:**
* Working with Children Clearance (or willingness to obtain at interview stage);
* Registered, Enrolled Nurse and Allied Health Staff;
* Flu vaccination & Covid Vaccination as per our policies;
* At least 2 years relevant experience in the care industry;
* Ability to obtain a National police clearance (within 6 months);
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Cert IV in TAE;
* Valid WA driver's licence;
