- Lead incident reporting through MyOSH, privacy notifications, and Freedom of Information requests.
- Ensure site registrations for DIAS accreditation, QIP submissions, and poisons control compliance.
- Prepare compliance reports, support investigations, and manage equipment service record audits.
- Build relationships with government agencies, accreditation bodies, and hospital teams.
- Lead and develop your team with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Drive process improvements and maintain robust audit cycles across all compliance areas.

About you

- Proven experience in compliance, accreditation, or regulatory management, ideally in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of audit processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple complex deadlines.
- Confident communicator who can work effectively with government agencies and stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in database management and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience leading teams and driving process improvements.
- Relevant qualifications in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.

What we offer

- Competitive salary with regular reviews.
- Flexible working arrangements and on-site parking reimbursement.
- Career growth in a skilled, innovative healthcare environment.
- Corporate discounts on health insurance, gym memberships, and PRC services.
- Employee recognition through our "Thank a Legend" program, team events, and DEI calendar.
- Generous leave entitlements, including paid parental leave and purchased leave options.
- Access to confidential counselling and coaching via our Employee Assistance Program.

Diversity and inclusion

We're committed to building a workplace that reflects the diverse community we serve. We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disabilities, and individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

How to apply

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your CV along with a short cover letter outlining your compliance and accreditation experience.
