We are looking to recruit a friendly and hardworking legal secretary or conveyancing assistant to join our team in a full time position.
Job tasks and responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* assisting with an array of legal matters;
* preparing Leases and Sale of Land Contracts;
* liaising with clients, banks, real estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties;
* undertaking various conveyancing related tasks; and
* handling general administrative tasks.
Skills and experience
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in the following:
* Ability to work autonomously and with a team;
* Confidence in liaising with clients, banks, real estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties;
* strong organisational and interpersonal skills; and
* Proficient in LEAP or Smokeball, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
