About the Role
Are you ready to do more than just "deliver HR"? At the City of Wanneroo, we're building a future-focused People and Culture team that partners with leaders, challenges old ways of working, and shapes a thriving, inclusive culture for a growing community.
We're looking for a confident and resilient People and Culture Business Partner – someone who can build trust with leaders, influence decisions, and deliver pragmatic, people-first solutions. This isn't a "back office" role; you'll be out in the business, helping leaders navigate change, mitigate risk, and drive engagement.

Strong ER/IR knowledge and confidence with investigations, disputes, and compliance.
Experience driving organisational change and embedding cultural initiatives.
Strategic thinking with the ability to coach, challenge, and influence.
HR qualification or equivalent experience, and a love for getting things done.
