* Fortitude Valley Location with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week (some travel to regional offices may be required)

Our client, a large complex organisation within the utilities sector, is currently seeking a Training Specialist to start asap for their Click Replacement Project.
The role is responsible for the development and delivery of training to desktop and in-field mobile users to enable the successful delivery of a large scale, complex project. Working closely with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, this role ensures that end users have the knowledge and skills needed to use the new solution effectively.
The Click Replacement Project is to provide a replacement for Click Field Services Edge (FSE) and Click Mobile products which will be permanently switched off / decommissioned. The Click Mobile Touch application is utilised by Field Services crew members to receive work assignments and resolve work orders. It also serves as a launch application to access relevant records related to the asset or work type being undertaken, and to launch field capture data forms.
Responsibilities
* Work closely and collaboratively with Learning and Capability, Subject Matter Experts, vendors, project team and key stakeholders, to understand training requirements and approaches.
* Develop and maintain a training plan that aligns with the agreed parameters of project success and effectiveness criteria.
* Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
* Design role‐based learning pathways (e.g. office staff, field staff, power users, specialist roles).
* Design and develop training content and materials (e.g. User guides, videos, FAQs, and other resources).
* Design and develop a flexible, phased training schedule that covers all shifts (day, night, weekend) without disrupting operations.
* Deliver training sessions through a variety of methods (e.g., train-the-trainer, classroom, virtual, e-learning, workshops).
* Provide quality assurance for training delivery.
* Provide post-training support, including answering user queries and assisting with system adoption challenges.
* Collaborate with Change Managers, technical teams and SMEs to ensure training aligns with broader change management strategies and to support project and training communications.
* Coordinate training evaluation and feedback, to assess training effectiveness.
Experience / Skills
* 3+ years' experience in training development and delivery, preferably within software implementation projects.
* Qualification in Training, Education, Human Resources, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience in these fields and demonstrated experience in a similar role.
* Cert IV level in Training and Assessment desirable.
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning tools, and virtual training platforms (e.g., MS Teams).
* Experience in the application of formalised Change Management approaches and industry best practice (i.e. PROSCI, CMI, CMBoK etc.).
* Demonstrated experience in producing high quality training and materials that meet the criteria specified with project management and learning frameworks.
* Experience with training field-based staff and/or shift workers would be advantageous.
* Familiarity withAgile and Waterfalldeliverymethodologies and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
* Proven end-to-end analyst experience across the full application lifecycle, including: Facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing change, Working knowledge of ICTapplicationsand digital delivery & Exposure to technical documentation and systems analysis.
* Experience supporting digital change initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
* Able to travel to site offices and work from multiple regions dependant on training need.
