We are seeking an experienced Contract Professional to join a commercial team with a large organisation on a 12-month contract, with potential for extension. This role will primarily be based regionally on a 5:2 roster, with flexibility to work from a metropolitan office or home when off-site.

Main Responsibilities:
 * Manage and administer subcontracts throughout all project phases, including payment claim assessments, subcontractor variations, extensions of time, and dispute resolution
 * Prepare payment schedules, manage retentions, bank guarantees, and finalise subcontractor accounts
 * Maintain accurate contract records, track payments, and support cost reporting, budget forecasting, and financial analysis
 * Evaluate contractor and project insurances to ensure compliance and documentation
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to support project delivery and commercial compliance
 * Assist with procurement and contract preparation activities, providing guidance on contract administration best practices
 * Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure subcontractor performance and compliance
