About the Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be the first friendly face our guests meet and the last smile they see. Your role is all about providing a seamless check-in/check-out process, assisting with guest inquiries, and going above and beyond to make every stay exceptional. You'll work closely with all departments to ensure a smooth operation and help drive upselling opportunities with confidence and care.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver exceptional service that reflects our values of Passion, Integrity, Accountability and Respect.
* Confidently check guests in and out using our hotel systems.
* Stay informed on local attractions and be ready to offer helpful recommendations.
* Upsell services like late checkouts, room upgrades and mini-bar options.
* Maintain a well-presented front desk and support your team during busy periods.
* Ensure compliance with all hotel safety, security and confidentiality policies.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a hotel front office or reception role.
* Strong communication skills, a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
* A natural people person with great attention to detail and a professional appearance.
* OPERA experience is mandatory, please ensure this is noted in your application.
