What you’ll be rocking day-to-day:

* Leading contractors and tradies, making sure everyone’s on point and pumping out quality work
* Managing job sites like a boss – ensuring timelines, safety, and client satisfaction are always top shelf
* Diving into estimating so bids are solid and profitable
* Following up with clients – building relationships, solving problems, and keeping our reputation shiny
* Quality control on site – because good enough just isn’t good enough anymore; we want perfect
* Keeping documentation and processes tight to avoid builder trickery (we know the game and play it smart)
What we’re after:
* Proven experience in the construction industry (a solid number of years at least)
* Bonus points if you’ve been around the tiling block – hands‑on tiling background or a strong connection to the trade
* A leader who’s ready to watch this business grow – and wants to be part of that growth story
* Someone who’s organised, sharp, and a natural problem‑solver – can juggle the chaos and bring order
* Comfortable with technology and documentation systems (we like things written down, tracked, and transparent)

* A quality‑focused mindset – understanding details like primers, grout, screeds, tile installation standards, all that good stuff
