**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting catering and events
* Support administrative functions to ensure smooth operations
* Collaborate with team members and clients
* Maintain accurate records and manage communications
* Contribute to enhancing the Club's brand presence
**Administration Duties:**
· Accommodation checkout
· Accommodation payment reconciliation
· Printing pre-stay invoices and arrival forms. Organising the next day's check ins
· Replying and organising emails
· Petty cash reconciliation
· Accommodation record filing
· Organising room keys
· General office filing
· Answer phone calls and emails
· Dinner reservations – diary
**Qualifications:**
* Experience in events, including booking, planning and execution
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
