Key Responsibilities
* Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling and banking integrity, tendering transactions, store multi-channel fulfillment, stock integrity, telephone management, marketing, promotional activity, and contribute to financial performance through inventory management and expense control.
* Manage all sales channel fulfillment in accordance with established procedures.
* Collaborate as part of a team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for customers, effectively resolving complaints and queries as required.
* Contribute to the brand image and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
* Enhance sales skills and product knowledge through online resources and active participation in development opportunities.
