Key responsibilities:• Operationalise Major Projects' telecommunication and information technology management activities, ensuring these services are effective and undertaken in compliance with departmental policy and delegations.• Provide proactive reporting to the Director, OGM and other Major Projects Senior Leadership members on key matters such as labour hire, HR establishment, asset management, software licensing, etc.• Work closely with the Human Resource Business Partner on various matters including but not limited to staff placements, agency engagements, training, employee rehabilitation, induction and separation.• Contribute to the development of business policy and procedure to operationally support the wider Major Projects team, ensuring processes are contemporary and comply with relevant standards, policies and legislation.• Develop process and procedures to support meaningful communications across the business• Participate occasionally on business unit, divisional and departmental project teams either as a team contributor or project lead.• Liaise with facilities managers to provide quality facilities and services for all Major Projects staff.• Other duties and responsibilities as reasonably requested.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
