A Guest Services Agent has the responsibility to check guests in/out, provide excellent knowledge and information of the local area, liaising with and being activity involved in every department including food and beverages, housekeeping and maintenance. You are also required to provide a level of service quality that consistently not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our guests.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Professional grooming and manner.
- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and efficiently over the phone.
- Previous Front Office experience and knowledge of a reservation system is desirable.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Willing to be adaptable to a rotating roster. This will include working weekends, public holidays and nights.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; liaising with all departments of the hotel.
- Report to management.
- RSA essential.
