Overview

Mobile Tyre Shop is changing the way Australians change their tyres for good. Now people can simply choose their tyres online or over the phone, and MTS comes to them – at home or work – professionally fitting and balancing tyres, 7 days a week.

To keep up with growing demand and keep our WA team ticking we're looking for aBranch Manager to work closely with and assist our WA State Manager.

The role involves a mix of logistics and branch management, with the successful candidate overseeing Mobile Tyre Shop's operations to ensure the seamless scheduling of our drivers and the delivery of an exceptional level of customer service. If you thrive on keeping things rolling smoothly and have great people skills, this is the job for you!

The Role

* Branch Operations: Oversee daily activities, ensuring every tyre is stocked, delivered and fitted efficiently and effectively.
* Customer Service: Oversee the customer orders from start to finish, always keeping a customer-first mindset.
* Performance Insights: Analyse logistics performance and provide reports that help steer our strategy.
* Route Planning: Coordinate Tyre Technicians' schedules to ensure best time management and customer service.
* Stock Allocation: Allocation of tyres to drivers and vehicles.
* Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for our team and our customers.
* Service and Maintenance: Monitoring and management of Mobile Tyre Shop van servicing.

About You

* Reporting to the State Manager, the right candidate will possess the following strengths:
* A desire to provide a superior customer experience with a customer first attitude
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, while focused on the customer's needs
* An excellent planner and the ability to problem solve issues as they arise
* A great communicator on the phone and in email
* Analytical mind, with a calm approach under pressure
