About the Role
You will be responsible for identifying carer needs and responding to those needs by offering appropriate services and facilitating informal group meetings. You will need to be an advocate for the recognition and needs of carers. You will have the ability to promote the Carer Support Program and follow referral pathways to expand the program. You will be responsible for reporting against funding targets.
