About the Role An opportunity exists for an experienced Scaffolder to join a stable and growing team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a hands-on role working across a variety of sites throughout Warrnambool and the broader Western Victoria region. You’ll work closely with a small crew delivering safe and efficient scaffold installations across residential and commercial projects. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime available depending on workload. Some travel may be required. Duties and Responsibilities Load and unload scaffold materials for transport to and from site Prepare equipment and materials prior to mobilisation Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems safely and efficiently Work across residential, commercial, and industrial environments Read site conditions and adapt scaffold setups to suit project requirements Maintain compliance with all site safety procedures and regulations Work effectively within a team environment to keep projects on schedule Perform physically demanding work and work safely at heights Skills and Experience Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding Ticket Construction White Card MR Licence or higher Forklift Ticket highly regarded Strong commitment to workplace safety Reliable work ethic and ability to work well within a crew Previous scaffolding experience across construction environments Benefits $41 – $58 per hour based on experience super Overtime paid above award rates Accommodation and meals provided when working away Ongoing permanent work with strong job security Variety of domestic and commercial projects Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Career progression opportunities into Leading Hand positions How to apply?
