What you'll be doing
Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking to step into a meaningful training role? We're seeking a passionate RSA & RCG Trainer & Assessor to help our students to gain the skills and confidence they need to enter the workforce. You could be a part of their success story
In this role, you'll deliver engaging and practical face to face RSA & RCG training across our campuses and client sites. Travel is required with a pool car available for the travel.
As our RSA & RCG Trainer & Assessor, you will inspire and educate our students by:
* Leading engaging hands-on training sessions, sharing your practical knowledge and experience, helping them to build the foundational skills to enter the hospitality industry.
* Working closely with students who face barriers to employment through a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assisting in the development of comprehensive training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
* Identifying and adapting delivery to suit learners with diverse needs and backgrounds.
* Bringing real industry insight into the classroom by remaining industry current. This means occasionally working in a bar and/or gaming room setting outside of your employment with us to stay up to date with industry standards, trends, and compliance changes.
* Working closely with the Training Team Leader to implement effective and holistic programs, ensuring successful student outcomes.

What you'll bring to the table
Our trainers are actively engaged in industry practice whilst teaching, giving students insight into current industry processes and trends. To be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate:
* A current RSA & RCG certification and industry currency.
* Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
* Experience working in the Vocational Education and Training sector and delivering to students with barriers to education will be highly regarded.
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
* Flexibility to travel between sites as required.
* Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Suite programs and Office 365.
