Job Description
As a growing firm, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Sydney team. The role involves exposure to a variety of insurance matters with a focus on professional indemnity and public liability. The Senior Associate will support the work of the team, manage client expectations, advise on policy and complex issues, and run matters autonomously. This position is for a Senior Associate seeking to improve experience and progress toward more senior roles within the practice.
Key Qualifications
* ≈5+ years post admission experience in insurance matters.
* Strong knowledge and experience in litigation and insurance law.
* Ability to manage client expectations and advise in policy and complex issues with a practical and client-focused approach.
* Ability to manage client expectations and run matters autonomously.
* Clear and concise communication style.
* Commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively.
* Coaching and mentoring of lawyers.
* Strong interest in taking your career to the next level.
* Team player able to collaborate on work.
