The Role
* Lead the operational management, customer care, and quality service delivery at Residential Care Home - Colton Court in McLaren Vale.
* Oversee a small home with 37 beds.
* Maintain compliance to Aged Care legislation, accreditation standards, and AN ACC framework.
* Budget oversight and management.
* Clinical staff (Nurses) supervision including recruiting, onboarding, reviewing, and supporting staff to achieve success in delivering the "Good Lives" promise.
* Incident Management for customers and staff.
* Feedback management and case conferences.
* Lead a high performing and customer-centric culture.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including resident's family members, carers, and allied health professionals.
About You
We seek individuals with:
* Significant experience in leadership or management roles.
* Nursing qualifications and current registration with AHPRA.
* Demonstrated high levels of clinical competence.
* Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Possess significant experience in an aged care environment.
