About the role: Join us as a Retail Channel – Sales Executive, managing and growing a portfolio of retail customers. You’ll drive sales through proactive outbound engagement, helping clients expand their range, adopt new products, and maximise promotions. Working closely with Field Sales, you’ll support account growth while delivering a seamless customer experience through strong relationship management and efficient order handling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining sales and service to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: Sales Performance: Own sales performance for assigned territory, accountable for monthly sales targets & execution priorities Complete assigned daily call queues with consistent outbound sales discipline Customer Service: Own end-to-end service outcomes, including order processing, delivery resolution and credits management Balance service responsiveness with a strong commercial mindset to support retention and growth Sales Enablement: Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, outcomes and next actions Capture customer insights to support execution tracking and continuity Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Field Sales to align priorities and coordinate account execution.
