The SAP HR/Payroll Team Lead is a specialist technical professional responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of SAP HR and Payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert technical advice within the SAP HR Payroll application, including integrated component architecture and design.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of business operational and functional needs to proactively recommend process and/or solution improvement opportunities.
* Design and deliver solution specifications that meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration across relevant modules and adherence to best practice IT principles.
* Assess, document, and communicate change implications to stakeholders.
* Coordinate project tasks, including provision of key user assistance for training, documentation, process review, and design.
* Contribute to the development, documentation, and execution of functional unit and integrated test scenarios.
* Provide day-to-day system support, resolving issues, user training, and education to ensure optimal system performance.
