We currently have one (1) Fixed term, Full-time Vacancy available for immediate filling for a period of four (4) months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

About the role
The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Project Officer provides project and administrative support to the WA Museum and the Senior Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Advisor.
The role includes working across the WA Museum, including regional sites, as well as within the culture and arts sector and with external stakeholders to deliver the desired outcomes of the Museum.
About you
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual who is confident working with various teams, enjoys a challenge, and wants to make a difference.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
Arrange meetings; prepare meeting agenda and papers, and take Minutes.
Provide administrative support for the team and directorate, including Finance administration.
Assist with NAIDOC Week preparation and events, and delivery and reporting of the Museum's Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs).
Attend VIP Tours, events, workshops, exhibitions, and arrange Cultural Awareness training.
