In this part-time role, you'll support our corporate and private clients by coordinating domestic removals, managing bookings, updating databases, preparing proposals and invoicing tasks. You'll deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
What you'll be doing
Handling incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Providing administrative support to the sales and account management teams, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall client experience
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance customer service delivery
What we're looking for
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships
Excellent communication, organisation and administration skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, proactive and able to respond efficiently to client calls and emails
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and general computer systems
