About the role:
This is your chance to apply your case management experience in a fresh way, supporting injured workers to return to the workforce through vocational services under the WorkSafe scheme.
You'll be:
* Helping clients find new employment after injury or illness
* Actively marketing clients' skills to employers in the open labour market
* Liaising with insurers, treating professionals, and employers to achieve return to work outcomes
* Using your motivation and job matching skills to create real change

We're looking for:
* Strong understanding of employment services and the labour market
* Experience motivating clients and achieving job placement outcomes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Willingness to travel within the Ballarat and Metro regions
* Experience in DES, employment services, or similar is highly valued
Bonus if you're:
* A registered Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), Psychologist, or Osteopath (AHPRA registered
* Experienced in Occupational Rehabilitation, but we're happy to train the right employment services professionals
