About the Role
We're seeking an organised and customer-focused Front Desk / Office Administrator to join our busy team.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and support daily office operations including administration, job coordination, and basic accounts support.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage reception duties including phone calls, emails and walk-ins
* Greet customers, suppliers and deliveries
* Record customer interactions using internal systems
* Assist with quotes, job documentation and follow-ups
* Coordinate installation schedules
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Process customer payments and receipts

About You
* Previous administration or reception experience
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* High attention to detail and organisation
* Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
* Ability to prioritise tasks independently
* Comfortable handling confidential information
* Current driver's licence

Desirable (Not Essential)
* Experience using Xero or accounting software
* Knowledge of ShopVox or job management systems
* Experience in signage, printing or trade industries
* Relevant qualifications
