Our Evolve Scientific team in Melbourne is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join the team, with a focus on the Scientific sectors.What You'll Be DoingMarket Engagement: Proactively identify and connect with clients in the scientific sectors across the region.Client Relationship Development: Establish, maintain and expand strong, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and contractors.Strategic Growth Initiatives: Spearhead business development campaigns in collaboration with recruitment and marketing teams.Revenue & Solution Delivery: Drive commercial success by offering tailored recruitment and workforce solutions.Territorial Expansion: Contribute to NES Fircroft's growth by unlocking recent markets and client opportunities.What We're Looking ForRelevant Experience: A Science Degree and at least 2 years experience in business development or sales - preferably within a scientific sector.Sales Excellence: Demonstrated ability to close deals and deliver value-driven client solutions.Business Insight: Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.Team-Oriented Approach: Ability to work seamlessly across departments and geographies.Regional Flexibility: Willingness to travel and engage with clients throughout Melbourne/VIC or Interstate if requiredProfessional Communication: Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.What you'll getHealth & wellness allowanceWFH flexibility once settled into the role.31 days holiday (inclusive of public holidays) per year+ Additional annual leave day for your birthday!
