We're looking for a Digital Project Manager - Mid Level, who can effortlessly provide the leadership required to manage the integration of digital technologies across a wide variety of brands, projects, campaigns and digital experiences.

Today, our teams are:
* Developing online applications for a range of businesses; from retail to banking
* Building and supporting a massive SaaS Platform for a National Training solution
* Creating ecommerce solutions for multiple clients
* Developing Member Platforms for health services and non-for-profit businesses
* Designing mobile applications for national sporting leagues
* Supporting branding and communications across an extensive range of clientele and industries
The main areas you'll be responsible for are:
* Leading clients and and digital teams through the planning and development of digital projects
* Project scoping and ideation including the facilitation of workshops to define project scope, costings and schedules
* Contributing research and providing recommendations
* Creating proposals, estimates and project specifications
* Planning, tasking and managing digital project builds using boards, backlogs and cards
* Coordinating the cross-functional team on a day-to-day basis to drive the delivery of customer projects and support needs
* Fostering long-lasting customer relationships
* Ensuring high standards of quality are maintained
* Providing exceptional levels of customer service, both internally and externally
* Ensuring all customers are updated regularly on the status of their projects
* Taking a proactive approach to continuous learning and skills development
* Contributing to company goals
* Contributing to the company knowledge base and process improvements
What you'll do during a typical week
* Extract and manage client requirements
* Lead daily stand-ups with a cross-functional team to ensure all work is correctly prioritised across multiple digital projects
* Own sprints, including planning, progress reporting and retrospectives
* Prioritise and manage daily project deliverables
* Generate regular sprint and production status updates for internal and external stakeholders
* Regularly and proactively assess gaps between customer expectations and our delivery
* Perform quality assurance testing on completed work as part of a rigorous customer-focused delivery process
Skills you'll use
* Demonstrated, proactive and creative use of online technologies and services
* Broad working knowledge of Agile methodologies
* Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment, managing multiple concurrent projects
* Thrive in a team environment with diverse internal and external stakeholders
* A strong customer advocacy mindset and quality focus
* Confidence, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience you'll bring
* 3+ years' experience as a Digital Project Manager, Scrum Master, Digital Producer or similar role
* Experience leading a team of digital developers
* Prior experience with agency style software project delivery
* Excellent knowledge of software development practices
* A solid understanding of web technologies
* Hands on experience in using AI to improve production processes and outcomes
* Understanding and experience of UX, IA and accessibility principles.
* Hands on wireframing ability
* Demonstrated knowledge across multiple relevant technologies including:
* AI systems and tools
* Content Management Systems
* Tasking platforms
* Wireframing tools
* Data analytics platforms
