Heavy Haulage Truck Driver
Are you a skilled and experienced truck driver looking for a challenging role that requires manual handling of large vehicles?
We have a position available for a heavy haulage truck driver to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful applicant will be responsible for driving prime mover trucks, operating road trains, and navigating through various sites across NSW to collect and transport scrap metal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive manual Kenworth T909 trucks or similar with a focus on safe and efficient transportation of goods.
* Operate Road Trains, double and B double combinations, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
* Ensure proper functioning of tipping trailers, maintaining optimal levels of performance and minimizing downtime.
Requirements:
* Hold a current MC licence, demonstrating expertise in operating heavy vehicles.
* Either hold a Fatigue Management certification or demonstrate a willingness to obtain it.
* Possess an excellent attitude and strong work ethic, consistently delivering high-quality results.
* Demonstrate commitment to workplace safety and compliance, ensuring a secure environment for yourself and others.
