Ballina Community & Allied Health have an exciting career opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their Transitional Aged Care service (TACs). This position works with the multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive, evidence based service within the framework of the Transitional Aged Care Program Guidelines.
