Who are we seeking?
A passionate and Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) qualified individual who is driven and focused with a desire to learn and succeed in a culinary/hospitality career.
You will have at least 2 years post apprenticeship experience working in a kitchen team within large restaurants, events, hotels, or resorts. A la carte and buffet experience will be highly regarded; HACCP training is advantageous.
