Our Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our busy Sydney team in Macquarie Park. As an integral member of the ANZ IT function, this role will make a strong contribution to our diverse organization through the combination of both technical and customer services skills, in the delivery of technical services to our people.
**Key responsibilities of this role include**:
- Responding to Incidents and Service Requests
- Installation and maintenance of user assets and software
- Project or service improvement activities both remotely and at various sites
- Maintaining and creating documentation
- Communication to teams and the wider business regarding updates and maintenance
- Identifying and resolving unique issues, with a focus on efficiency and cost
Additionally, this role will provide opportunities to work as a part of various projects, with a goal to building "best in class" IT Services to our business.
About You
**The successful applicant for this role will have**:
- A minimum of three years in a similar role
- Expertise in EUC Software (Windows, Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, VMWare, Citrix, Cloud based solutions)
- Experience with Mobile Device Management Technologies
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with an ability to manager relationships at multiple levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
