We are seeking applications from experienced candidates for a full time HR Advisor to join our friendly team based at our new Hazelmere Head Office. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will be working in a busy environment alongside Managers and Supervisors to provide support for the company.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Advisor with a strong recruitment background to join our friendly team. Some of the key duties and responsibilities will include:
* Recruitment of personnel throughout the company.
* Award Interpretation & Remuneration related matters.
* Recording and updating employee information on HRIS
* Company HR Inductions
* Assist with other tasks within the HR portfolio
* Assist with general HR queries related to all potential and existing employees
About you
Key Skills and Requirements
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a high attention to detail
* Experience in the Drilling / Mining industry is desirable but not essential
* Working in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
* Knowledge of Australian Industrial Relations system
* Relevant qualification in Human Resources or working towards
* Knowledge and experience with UKG, Pronto, and SharePoint will be beneficial
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including Drug and Alcohol testing
