Clinical Care Specialist Job
Our organisation is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. As a casual RN, you will work closely with our care management, clinical and care teams to provide clinical care on a shift-by-shift basis.
This includes managing residents who are acutely unwell, supporting the care team, and liaising with families and health practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Residents' Care: Assess and manage residents who are acutely unwell or require nursing interventions.
2. Support the Care Team: Collaborate with the care team to ensure that care is safe and meets the needs of each resident.
3. Liaise with Health Practitioners: Communicate effectively with families and various health practitioners to coordinate care.
4. Document Care Needs: Accurately document care needs and interventions in accordance with organisational policies.
