**AREA MANAGER - WESTERN AUSTRALIA**

**The Role**: 
Reporting into the General Manager, this role is responsible for all Concept and Concession stores throughout Western Australia. Achievement of all business KPI's including, but not limited to; projected sales and wage targets, customer service standards, people development and management, shrink control, recruitment, inventory and VM standards with an overall goal of increasing revenue, profit and productivity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver leadership and support agile driven retail experts. 
- Undertake operational activities including reporting, audits, recruitment, training, coaching, reviews and disciplinary discussions. 
- Proactively support and manage all promotional and marketing activity. 
- Act in accordance and enforce all policies, procedures, guidelines and standards. 
- Attend and hold training meetings, performance reviews and conference calls. 
- Recruit to the Nine West values and requirements. 
- Provide and enforce a customer service and results driven culture. 
- Compliance with all OH&S; standards. 
- Build a team culture in line with high achievement and positive values. 
- Reach or exceed all KPI targets. 
- Support, develop, lead and mentor your Store Managers.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- Previous fashion retail experience in a Junior Area Manager, or Senior Cluster position. 
- Ability to lead by example and perform in a very autonomous environment. 
- Self-motivated and initiative driven. 
- Excellent interpersonal skills. 
- Proven track record on achieving sales, shrink, wage, loss prevention, profit and recruitment KPI's.
