We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Property Damage Specialist.
About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property recovery claims from initiation to resolution. Your key responsibilities will include issuing written demands to third parties, conducting outbound calls to pursue recoveries, and reviewing technical reports to assess liability. You will also confirm quantum by matching quotes to invoices and verifying documentation of damage.
As a Property Damage Specialist, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including insurers and third-party vendors, to resolve disputes regarding liability and quantum. Your strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively will be essential in achieving successful outcomes.

The role is open nationwide, and successful candidates will enjoy great flexibility to work from home after training. Please note that it is compulsory to attend your local office at least once a week after training.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience within an Insurance Recoveries, Settlements, and/or Liability-based roles is essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to reference legal principles.
* Negotiation and dispute resolution capabilities.
* Attention to detail and time management.
* Ability to manage inbound and outbound call volumes.
