Responsibilities
Provide high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families as part of BlueCare's specialised palliative care services.
Be part of a specialised in-home palliative team with robust clinical support to grow and develop your expertise in palliative care.
Engage with diverse communities across Queensland; primarily based in Gladstone with opportunities to work across the state.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse licence and registration certificate in the employing state.
Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
Mid to senior-level proficiency in general nursing with a person-centered care approach.
Prior experience or active pursuit of qualifications in palliative care, pain management, or acute care is valued.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address care requirements.
Current driver's license and ability to navigate rural and remote areas of Queensland.
