Join us as a Safety & Wellbeing Partner supporting our Far North Queensland sites. Based in Cairns, you’ll work closely with operational teams across the region - with regular travel to Townsville - to champion a strong, proactive safety and wellbeing culture at Bolton Clarke.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner, offering practical, solutions‑focused guidance on risk management, compliance, and everyday safety challenges across our services.

What You’ll Do:
* Support managers with incident reporting and investigations to identify root causes
* Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions
* Advise teams on OH&S policies, procedures, and best practices
* Deliver safety training programs to build capability in hazard identification and management
* Support health and safety committees and representatives
* Analyse safety data to identify trends and key issues related to incidents, injuries, and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent experience)
* 3+ years in a Safety & Wellbeing partner role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a practical, risk-aware approach
* Experience in aged care, community care, or health (highly valued)
* Sound knowledge of OH&S legislation, standards, and codes of practice
* Familiarity with RiskMan and/or SolvSafety systems (highly regarded)
* Fire Safety Adviser training, lead auditor certification, or training/assessing qualifications (desirable)
* Willingness to travel to sites, including occasional interstate trips
