Key Responsibility
* Plan, direct, and coordinate corporate services operations, including administrative, human resources, finance, and facility management functions.
* Develop and implement organisational policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to ensure efficiency and regulatory adherence.
* Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and allocate resources to optimise operational effectiveness.
* Lead and supervise staff across corporate service areas, fostering a productive and capable workforce.
* Administer procurement processes, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
* Analyse organisational processes and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
* Provide strategic advice and support to senior management on corporate services planning, risk management, and organisational policy development.
* Monitor performance indicators, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation of corporate services activities.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor degree or higher qualification, or equivalent
* Minimum of 1 year experience in corporate services, facilities management, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, budgeting, and organisational policies
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage staff, and coordinate workflow effectively
* Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
