We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst with strong hands-on experience across Payroll and HCM systems to join our growing Quality Engineering team in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform end-to-end Payroll Verification Testing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
* Conduct Integration Testing across HR, Finance, and related business systems.
* Collaborate closely with delivery and business teams to clarify requirements and deliver quality outcomes.
* Manage test artefacts, report defects, and track issues through to resolution.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience testing Payroll and HCM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar.
* Strong understanding of integration and functional testing methodologies.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
* A proactive, quality-driven mindset and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
