About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Change Strategist to lead our Program team in designing and delivering successful change strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale organisational change efforts and a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and Deliver Change Strategies
* Embed Organisational Change Across All Workstreams
* Maintain Visibility of Change Impacts and Risk Posture
* Support Readiness Across Teams
* Leverage Best Practice to Support the Development of Change Management Framework Components
* Provide Transparent Outcomes / Insights on Impacts and Timing of Changes
Requirements:
* 5 years of experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools on complex programs
* Ability to establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
* A bachelor's degree or higher (often in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Communications / Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar)
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
* Proficiency in using collaboration tools including Confluence and Jira
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with well-honed executive presentation skills
