About the role:
* Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy evaluations and implement appropriate treatment strategies to optimise patient recovery and functional outcomes
* Enhance patient outcomes through effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams during ward activities, clinical meetings, specialist services and through comprehensive documentation practices
* Support ongoing professional growth through involvement in quality enhancement initiatives, reflective practice, skills development programs, workplace learning opportunities and research participation.
About you:
* Demonstrate strong organisational skills and effective time management while providing clinical supervision and mentorship to physiotherapy students and support staff
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work successfully with diverse staff and function within multidisciplinary team structures
* Demonstrated clinical experience treating patients across rehabilitation and geriatric care environments
* A degree or equivalent which entitles registration as a physiotherapist with the physiotherapy board of Australia
