Our client is a boutique real estate agency specialising in commercial property, with a strong focus on retail, industrial, and development sites for sale and lease. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and operational support to the property and leasing team
* Assist with scheduling inspections and maintaining calendars
* Prepare marketing materials, leasing documents, and reports
* Liaise with stakeholders including tenants, landlords, and suppliers
* Manage online property listings and campaign logistics
* Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry
* General office and ad hoc support as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a team player with a strong administrative background, ideally within real estate, property, or a similarly fast-paced industry.
You’ll bring:
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A high level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and general tech systems
* A proactive, can-do attitude with strong time management
* Real estate or property experience (advantageous but not essential)
* A current driver’s licence is preferred
