We're partnering with a well‐established national tier 1 commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across Australia. With a growing pipeline of specialised work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Fit‐Out Supervisor to join their team on a data centre project based in Laverton. This role will see you supervising subcontractors and coordinating site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality.
The Role
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors across the internal fit‐out scope
* Manage daily site operations and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
* Conduct site inspections and maintain high quality standards
* Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team
* Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures
* Monitor programme and assist in driving project milestones
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial fit‐out projects
* Experience delivering projects within live or technically complex environments (data centres, services‐heavy projects, healthcare, etc. highly regarded)
* Strong understanding of site safety, compliance, and subcontractor management
* Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain programme
* White Card and relevant site certifications
