About the Role
As the Coordinator Urban Operations, you will:
* Lead the planning, management and delivery of civil construction and maintenance programs.
* Oversee end‐to‐end project delivery, including estimating, procurement, construction supervision and as‐constructed documentation.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, WHS requirements and quality assurance standards.
* Apply strong project management methodology to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification.
* Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors and the community.
* Champion Council's Values, ensure a safe work environment, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will Bring
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and extensive relevant industry experience.
* Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) or ability to obtain.
* Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong knowledge of civil construction across roads, stormwater, water & sewer networks, and related infrastructure.
* White Card and current C‐Class Driver Licence.
* Annual Salary between $127,650 to $134,369 per annum (QLGIA (Stream A) Level 7 including an Above Award Payment), depending on qualifications, skills and experience.
