We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join our highly regarded engineering clients based in Heathwood, QLD!
- Family-friendly part-time hours with flexible start and finish times
- 3-5 days per week, Monday to Friday (finishing at 12pm on Fridays)
- Parking facilities available; surrounded by local cafes and restaurants
- Operating in Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth
- Industries: Industrial Engineering, Heavy Fabrication, Manufacturing
Role:
- Review and update HR Policies and procedures as required
- Establish new HR policies and procedures, review and update company documents to ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations
- Support recruitment activities nationwide, including posting ads, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews/background checks
- Handle employee performance reviews, maintain employee records, and implement HR practices and policies
Requirements:
- Previous HR experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or fabrication industries
- Relevant HR Degree / Certificate
- Proficient with MYOB and MS Office
- Understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and payroll best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills; ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
