We have an opportunity for an experienced Front of House Restaurant Supervisor to join the team.

About the role
We are seeking a professional hospitality candidate.
You will have a focus on customer experience, you will be responsible for assisting with management of the venue and providing every guest with exceptional experience.
You will be responsible for
* Providing exceptional customer service, communication and leadership
* Ensuring the customer expectations are met from time of booking through to the end of their farm visit
* Seating and hosting guests
* Making and serving coffee and all beverages
* Serving food to guests
* Management, training and development of staff that lead to exceptional guest experiences every time.
* Working closely with the kitchen to ensure all customer expectations are met.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and experienced hospitality person with well developed operational skills including sound food and beverage knowledge.
* Experience working in a high volume hospitality venue
* Excellent motivational, leadership and people management skills
* Effective time management skills
* Strong communication and written skills
* A fantastic approach to customer service
* Ability to create exceptional experiences for our guests celebrating special events
* Sound knowledge of electronic booking systems and Apple computers
* Knowledge of occupational health and safety, food safety and ability to enforce all business management policies
* An exceptional level of tenacity, energy and accountability
* Hands on, self motivated leader
* Friendly personality and immaculate presentation
* Possess an understanding of wine
* Competent barista skills
