Due to significant growth Farm Foods Pty Ltd is seeking a new team member to join our Maintenance Team and assist in supporting our Production team & facility in producing quality product.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Team Member (fitter and turner) will be required to:
* Perform maintenance activities for the upkeep of plant, equipment, vehicles and offices
* Preventative maintenance on company equipment and infrastructure
* Assist to minimise downtime for the production team
* Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to
* Work in unison with Quality Assurance, Logistics and Production teams
* Effectively communicate within a small team
We are looking for somebody who will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Proficient level of skills in engineering, fabrication, plumbing or electrical (formal qualifications not essential)
* Strong understanding or interest in manufacturing equipment and tools
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn
* Excellent time management
* Strong problem solving abilities
* Ability to work under pressure to a high standard
* Understanding of HACCP, GMP and OHS requirements preferred but not essential as training is provided.
