To make the magic happen, we are seeking an experienced 'Duty Manager' to serve as a day to day point of contact for guests and team members.
We are willing to pay above the managerial award for the right candidate. We are also open to sponsorship after 3-months employment for the right candidate, granted you have eligibility.

Key Responsibilities
* Secure Open and Closing of the venue
* Liaise with FOH and BOH teams to ensure successful shifts.
* Meet & greet with all guests.
* Guide the FOH team shift operations, F&B delivery, guest satisfaction, and recovery.
* Adhere to venue and precinct rules and legislation.
* Accurate data entry and reporting.
* Stock management & rostering.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in a similar role.
* Experience with a high-volume venue.
* Experience with functions and events.
* Excellent levels of customer service.
* Ability to lead by example.
* Keen to work at a multicultural workplace.
