ServiceNow Developers
Profectus is seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to support upcoming engagements within the private and public sectors. We are looking for capable ServiceNow specialists with strong platform development skills, integration experience, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions within secure enterprise environments.
About the Opportunity
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building and enhancing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise-scale environments. Working alongside architects, platform owners and delivery teams, you will contribute to the development of robust, scalable and secure platform capabilities aligned to best practice.
Duties may include:
* Developing and configuring applications on the ServiceNow platform
* Customising ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or SecOps
* Developing workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, UI policies and client/server-side scripts
* Building and maintaining service catalogue items, forms and automation processes
* Developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and supporting MID Server integrations
* Creating and maintaining ServiceNow UI components, including Service Portal or UI Builder where required
* Writing clean, maintainable code aligned with ServiceNow development best practices
* Supporting unit testing, defect resolution and deployment activities
* Producing technical documentation for development activities and configurations
* Collaborating with architects and platform teams to implement approved platform changes
We are keen to hear from professionals who:
* Have strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform within enterprise environments
* Demonstrate solid understanding of ServiceNow development practices, scripting and platform capabilities
* Have experience developing integrations and automation using ServiceNow APIs and workflows
* Are comfortable working within structured delivery environments and adhering to platform development standards
* Can collaborate effectively with architects, platform teams and government stakeholders
* Hold relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS (highly regarded)
* Are Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a security clearance
Location: Canberra (onsite)
Citizenship: must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain an AGSVA security clearance
