As a Broker Development Manager, you will work closely with the Broker Support Manager and State Manager to build, develop and maintain excellent broker and aggregator relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strategies to grow and maintain excellent relationships with key broker segments using various data sources and networks.
* Engage in regular meetings with external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
* Work closely with broker partners to review submission quality and conversion to enhance customer experience, adhere to responsible lending practices and ensure ethical behaviour.
* Develop strong internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate on policy, process and product.
* Provide education and training to brokers on Bankwest policy, process and products.
