The Role
As Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of branch operations, ensuring daily jobs are completely smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be;
* Managing fleet and operator allocation
* Maximising productivity amongst the team - workshop, mechanics, customer service and administration
* Managing client relationships - with high level communication providing timely updates
* Troubleshooting any issues with client or equipment
* Supporting the team to deliver high standards of customer service and operational performance
* Streamlining logistics, coordinate scheduling and dispatch to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
* Ensuring all rental equipment is available, well-maintained, and safe to use
* Administrative duties such as overseeing invoicing, hire documentation, and enforcing WHS compliance
You will have
* Demonstrated experience in operations, fleet coordination, or equipment hire/logistics
* Strong leadership and team development abilities
* Solid knowledge of heavy equipment operations and servicing
* Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
* Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
* A proactive mindset and able to 'close the loop' and keep clients informed
